Just add colour
Vibrant coloured fabric in just the right amount can really inject a sense of energy and fun into your wardrobe.
Everyone can wear colour! If you’re a bit hesitant, I think the trick is to find the right colours for you and tone them down with solid neutrals.
Linen is lovely
Linen has always been in vogue, but it’s really having a momenright now.
Never have I seen such beautiful linens in the fabric stores as I have in the last couple of years. It doesn’t matter what your style is: black and neutral, pale and interesting, lots of colour, or earthy and natural, there is something for everyone.
I also love that we mostly can’t be bothered with the iron and are embracing linen in all it’s crumpled glory.
Let's get toasty
You can’t beat the understated quality and sophistication of wool.
From lighter weight stretch knits for base layers, through to medium weight wovens and heavier weight coating, there is a wool for every application and budget.
Turning Japanese
Japan turns out some of the most sophisticated and high quality fabrics in the world.
Whether your taste is traditional, quirky or whimsical, you’re likely to find something you love amongst the ranges of Japanese fabrics. The playful Nani Iro designs are probably my all time favourites.
